PrimeForce / Modules / Organization
Organization
Ten master tables, every code unique per company. This is the structure payroll costs against and workflow routes through.
What it does
Build the company tree, then the job architecture that grades and designations hang off, then the individual positions employees occupy — structure, job architecture and position management as three connected sections.
- Self-referencing org units, departments, cost centres
- Versioned job descriptions
- Pay bands per profile, grade and country
- Vacancy dashboard — positions with no incumbent

What that means in practice.
Real hierarchies, not flat lists
Org units, departments, cost centres and positions each reference their own parent, so the tree is as deep as your company actually is. Positions carry a reports-to position, which is what workflow uses to find an approver.
Versioned job descriptions
A job description is unique on company, code and version — so revising one keeps the version that was in force when somebody was hired against it.
Pay bands with four dimensions
A band is unique per company, job profile, grade, country and effective-from date. Country is in the key because the product already models multi-country reference data.
Vacancy Dashboard
Positions with no incumbent, as a screen rather than a report you have to remember to run.
See it against your own numbers.
Bring a payroll period you have already closed. We configure the components, run it, and show you the variance against your figures.
Other modules.
Human Resources
Every other module reads from the employee master. It holds the record, the salary card that values it, and the lifecycle events that change either one.
Payroll
Sixty-nine entities and the longest chain in the product: run plan, staged inputs, snapshot, pay line, component line, cost-centre split, journal entry.
Tax & Statutory
The reason this product exists. Statutory compliance is modelled as first-class tables with their own screens — not as custom pay components bolted onto a generic engine.
